Strong knowledge of market trends and technological innovations in data center virtualization and cloud computing and enterprise applications. Knowledge of VMware products and the ware is a strong plus. OEM software, and technology licensing experience is a plus. Experience providing sales and revenue growth in the field sales organization. Strong leadership, and influence the facilitation skills, as well as good governance; a high degree of organization with a strong focus on the follow-up and results. Experience and evaluate opportunities in new markets, and develop action plans. Quantitative and analytical skills in complex financial and business models. A thorough understanding of Cisco field sales organization and channels, with a proven track record in the field of contracts are requirements
