Schnitzer is a 100-year-old publicly traded with revenues untold billion.Job 1,5 $: General Summary of Position: Supervision of all phases of store sales activities and staff to ensure goals safely and efficiently. Responsible for overseeing all store sales and jobs in line with company policies and procedures. Basic functions: 1. Regular meetings with sales staff to motivate the team to increase sales, and maintain the enthusiasm, and ensure a positive attitude, and review of key performance indicators. 2. Organizing training courses, and training to continuously improve the effectiveness of the model of sale. 3. Responsible for recruitment by attracting, screening and recruitment, and retention of top sales performance. 4. Management by the numbers by understanding and taking corrective action in response to the monthly financial statements and operating statistics. Analysis of sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits. 5. Prepare sales reports, and tasks assigned to the store. 6. Promotes clean, safe storage, and environmentally compatible for staff and customers. 7. Directs and participates in the functions of customer service. 8. Ensure that all sales transactions and cash management procedures according to company policy. 9. Delegate duties and scheduling work hours. 10. Promote a positive work environment and meet. Qualifications: 1. Recent experience in the development of retail and sales management as detailed above. 2. Good interpersonal skills with positive attitude, outgoing and friendly. 3. Strong quantitative skills to understand the performance of store financial and operating statistics. You must have the ability to reconcile sales, and preparation of reports and read technical manuals. 4. Able to handle multiple priorities during the performance and quality of work in an effective manner with minimal supervision. 5. Able to work the hours required, including weekends and holidays at any store designated by the Department within a reasonable distance from the store house. 6. In English and Spanish required. 7. Good computer skills, including the products, Microsoft Office. Physical activities necessary to perform the basic functions: 1. Need to be standing and walking, bending, climbing, stretching out in the weather for long periods during the day. 2. Manual dexterity to deal with the tools and the ability to transfer 50 £. 3. Should be sufficient to see the performance of work tasks safely.
